Terms of Services

The terms on which this website is provided and engagements are agreed. Last updated 20 July 2026.

These terms

These terms govern your use of https://avezone.com, operated by Avezone Technologies of A-6, Block-1, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, Pakistan. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

These terms do not govern client work. Every engagement is contracted separately in a written agreement, and where that agreement conflicts with anything here, the engagement agreement prevails.

Website content

We take care to keep the site accurate, but content is provided for general information. Pricing shown is indicative and is not an offer capable of acceptance — firm pricing follows a discovery engagement, as the pricing page explains.

Timelines, metrics and outcomes described on the site are drawn from previous work and are not a guarantee of results for your project. Nothing on this site constitutes professional advice for your specific circumstances.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure
  • Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of any system without our written permission
  • Use automated tools to scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others
  • Submit false information, malicious content or unsolicited advertising through the enquiry form
  • Reproduce substantial portions of the site's content commercially without permission

Responsible security research is welcome — email info@avezone.com before testing anything, and we will work with you.

Intellectual property

The site’s design, text, the Avezone name and the Avezone mark belong to Avezone Technologies. Product names, logos and marks of our clients and of third-party technologies remain the property of their respective owners and appear here with permission or as factual reference.

Work produced during an engagement belongs to the client. Source code, infrastructure definitions and documentation transfer to you under the engagement agreement. Avezone retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, internal libraries and general know-how, and grants you a licence to use any of it embedded in your deliverables.

Confidentiality

Information you send through the enquiry form is treated as confidential and is shared only with the people who need it to respond. We are happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before a detailed discussion — just ask on the first call.

Third-party links

The site links to third-party services, including an embedded Google Map on the contact page and our profiles on external platforms. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The site may be suspended for maintenance or withdrawn without notice. Service levels for client platforms are a separate matter and are set out in the relevant engagement or managed-service agreement.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Avezone is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data arising from use of this website.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability arising from client engagements is governed by the cap agreed in the relevant engagement contract.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them. For international engagements, the governing law and jurisdiction are agreed in the engagement contract and may differ.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
