How Avezone collects, uses and protects personal data. Last updated 20 July 2026.
Who we are
Avezone Technologies(“Avezone”, “we”, “us”) is a technology consultancy registered in Pakistan, with its office at A-6, Block-1, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, Pakistan. For any question about this policy or your data, contact info@avezone.com or call +92 (339) 530 0011.
This policy covers https://avezone.com and any enquiry you send through it. Client project work is governed separately by the data processing terms in the relevant engagement contract.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us. If you submit the enquiry form, that is:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your company name, if you provide one
- Your phone number, if you provide one
- The indicative budget range you select
- The message you write
Our web host records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and pages requested. These are generated automatically by the hosting infrastructure and are used for security and reliability, not to build a profile of you.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. We run no analytics, no advertising trackers and no third-party scripts that identify you.
The one exception is outside our control: the Google Map embedded on the contact page may set cookies when it loads. That map only appears on that page, and Google’s own privacy terms govern it.
If we ever add analytics, this policy will be updated first and, where the law requires it, consent will be requested before any such cookie is set.
How we use your data
Information you send through the enquiry form is used to:
- Reply to your enquiry
- Prepare a proposal or estimate you have asked for
- Keep a record of our correspondence
The lawful basis is your consent in making contact, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not add enquirers to a marketing list without asking.
Who processes your data
We keep the number of processors deliberately small. Currently:
- Our hosting provider, which serves the website and retains server logs
- Our transactional email provider, which delivers enquiry submissions to our inbox
- Our email provider, where correspondence with you is stored
Some of these providers operate servers outside Pakistan. Where that is the case, transfers rely on the provider’s standard contractual protections. For client engagements with specific data residency requirements, hosting location is agreed in the contract and can be kept in-country.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements are kept for 24 months, so we have context if you come back to us, then deleted. Correspondence relating to an actual engagement is retained for the period set out in that contract and for as long as tax and company law requires afterwards. Server logs are rotated by our host, typically within 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you
- Provide a copy of it
- Correct anything inaccurate
- Delete it, where we have no legal obligation to keep it
- Stop using it for a particular purpose
Email info@avezone.com and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge. We may ask you to confirm your identity before releasing data, so that we do not disclose it to the wrong person.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to respond. We apply the same security practices internally that we build for clients, including least-privilege access and dependency patching. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise — but if a breach affects your data we will tell you promptly and explain what happened.
Children
This is a business-to-business site and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top will be updated and the change described here. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
