About

An engineering partner that stays after launch

Avezone is a technology consultancy based in Karachi. We build enterprise software, SaaS platforms, fintech systems, ecommerce storefronts and AI automation — and we stay accountable for them once they are live, which is where most delivery relationships quietly end.

Why Avezone exists

Most software fails in year two

Almost anything ships once. The difference shows later — when the launch team has moved on, the person who understood the architecture has left, and a change that should take a day takes a quarter.

That pattern is common in Pakistan for a specific reason: delivery is usually priced as a project with a finish line, so whatever makes the system maintainable is the first thing cut when the deadline tightens. Tests, documentation, infrastructure as code and observability all look optional right up until the moment they are not.

Avezone was founded to work the other way round. Engagements are structured so the system is still fast, secure and modifiable after handover, and so your team can own it without us. Source code, infrastructure definitions and documentation transfer to you as a matter of course, not as a negotiation.

We would rather be chosen again than be difficult to leave.

How we work

Four commitments we do not trade away

These hold whether the engagement is a two-week discovery or an eighteen-month platform programme.

Senior engineers only

Every Avezone engineer has shipped production systems for a decade or more. No junior staffing, no offshore hand-off, no learning on your budget.

Regulated by default

PCI DSS, SOC 2, HIPAA and ISO 27001 controls are designed in from the first architecture session rather than retrofitted before an audit.

Performance as a requirement

Core Web Vitals, p99 latency and cost per transaction are tracked as delivery criteria, not discovered after launch.

You own everything

Source code, infrastructure definitions and documentation transfer to your team. No proprietary lock-in and no dependency on Avezone to operate.

Leadership

Muhammad Ammar Raza

Founder & Chief Executive

Muhammad Ammar Raza is a Physics graduate of the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Islamabad, with a background spanning artificial intelligence, software engineering, business development and scientific research. That grounding in physics is where the analytical habit comes from — decomposing a problem before reaching for a solution, and insisting a result can be measured rather than asserted.

He works hands-on across AI model development, full-stack engineering, cloud deployment and automation, having built end-to-end MLOps pipelines, browser automation tooling, and CRM and inventory systems for operating businesses. His research at NUST applied quantum machine learning with Qiskit to hard optimisation problems including the Travelling Salesman and Quadratic Assignment problems.

What shapes Avezone is the second half of that background. Working in business development taught him to judge technology by what it changes commercially — market expansion, operational efficiency, the cost of a process — rather than by how interesting it is to build. Combined with years in media production and brand storytelling, and leadership roles at NUST, it produces a straightforward approach: understand the business outcome first, then choose the smallest technology that reaches it.

He founded Avezone to give organisations in Pakistan an engineering partner that stays accountable after launch instead of handing over a codebase and moving on. He remains personally involved in architecture on every engagement.

Process

Five stages, no surprises

Every Avezone engagement follows the same delivery path. Each stage produces artefacts you keep, whether or not the engagement continues.

  1. Discover

We audit the existing landscape, interview stakeholders and map the constraints that will actually shape the build — regulatory, technical and organisational.

    • System audit
    • Stakeholder map
    • Risk register
  2. Architect

We agree a target architecture and a phased path to reach it, with the trade-offs written down before a line of production code exists.

    • Target architecture
    • Delivery roadmap
    • Cost model
  3. Build

Two-week increments with working software at the end of each. Continuous integration, automated tests and security scanning run from day one.

    • Working increments
    • Test suite
    • CI/CD pipeline
  4. Harden

Load testing, penetration testing, accessibility audit and disaster recovery rehearsal before anything touches production traffic.

    • Load test report
    • Pen test
    • DR runbook
  5. Scale

We operate the platform, tune cost and performance against real traffic, and train your team to take full ownership.

    • Observability
    • Runbooks
    • Team enablement
