Pricing

What engagements actually cost

Three ways to work with Avezone, with indicative ranges rather than a request to enquire. Firm pricing follows discovery, when the architecture and integration surface are genuinely understood.

Ranges are indicative and exclude third-party costs such as cloud hosting, licences and payment provider fees, which are billed to your own accounts rather than marked up.

What drives cost

Where the money actually goes

Four factors move an estimate far more than feature count does. Knowing which apply to you makes the first conversation much shorter.

Regulatory burden

A system under State Bank of Pakistan reporting or PCI DSS carries audit trails, controls and evidence that an internal tool does not. This is usually the largest single factor.

Integration count

Every external system — core banking, ERP, a payment rail, a legacy database — adds interface work, failure handling and reconciliation. Two integrations is not twice one.

Data migration

Moving history from an existing system, with reconciliation and rollback, is frequently larger than building the new features it feeds.

Uptime expectation

99.5% and 99.95% are different architectures, not different effort levels. Multi-region resilience and tested disaster recovery cost real money.

Pricing FAQ

Questions about money

The ones worth asking before a first call.

Why are prices shown as ranges rather than exact figures?

Because an exact figure before discovery is either a guess or padded to cover the unknowns. Avezone quotes a firm price after the discovery sprint, when the architecture and integration surface are actually understood. The ranges here are drawn from comparable completed engagements.

Do you offer fixed-price project delivery?

For discovery, yes — it is always fixed price. For build work Avezone prices a fixed monthly team instead. Fixed-price builds push both sides to argue about scope rather than solve the problem, and the risk premium ends up in your invoice regardless.

Can we start small?

That is the intended path. Most clients begin with a discovery sprint, which is fixed price and produces artefacts you keep whether or not you continue. If the architecture or the numbers do not work, stopping there is a reasonable outcome and costs you a few weeks rather than a year.

Are there any long-term contracts?

No. Platform builds are billed monthly and can be stopped at the end of any month. Managed platform retainers require 30 days' notice. Source code, infrastructure definitions and documentation are yours throughout, so leaving is a commercial decision rather than a technical one.

Do you work with startups on smaller budgets?

Sometimes, where the problem is well defined and the scope genuinely fits. Avezone would rather decline than staff an engagement too thinly to succeed. If the budget does not support the work, we will say so on the first call and where useful point you toward a more suitable option.

What currency do you contract in?

PKR for Pakistani clients, and USD, GBP or AED for international ones. The contracting entity, currency and applicable jurisdiction are agreed per engagement before any work begins.

Get a firm number, not a range

A discovery sprint replaces every estimate on this page with a costed roadmap for your specific system — and you keep the artefacts whether or not you continue.
